Terms and Conditions of RoyalGiver

         Definitions
  • Customer: The natural person or legal entity that has entered into an agreement with RoyalGiver.
  • Products: The goods that are the subject of the agreement.

    Applicability
  • These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between RoyalGiver and the customer.

    Offers and Quotations
  • All offers are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.

    Prices
  • The prices of the products are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included.

    Payment
  • Payment should be made within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.

    Delivery
  • RoyalGiver will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders.
  • The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to RoyalGiver.

    Return Policy
  • Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

    Liability
  • RoyalGiver is not liable for indirect damages to the customer or third parties.

    Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property rights of the displayed information, images, etc., belong to RoyalGiver.

    Applicable Law
  • Only Dutch law applies to agreements between RoyalGiver and the customer.
