RoyalGiver Return Policy

1. Return Period: Customers can return purchased items within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Items should be returned with all original tags attached.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service to arrange a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as clearance or sale items, gift cards, and customized products, may be exempt from being returned.

7. Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return.

8. Restocking Fee: For returns not related to damage or error on our part, a restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. International Returns: For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs or duties charges. Refunds will be for the product's price only and will not include original shipping charges.

10. Lost or Damaged Returns: RoyalGiver is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
